By accessing or using Bimukto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Bimukto provides free online tools including but not limited to QR code generation, file conversion, and other utility tools. All processing happens in your browser, and we do not store or access your processed content.
User Accounts
Guest Access
- Guest users receive limited daily tokens
- Token limits are subject to change
- IP-based rate limiting applies
Registered Accounts
- Free unlimited access to all tools
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
- Must provide valid email address
Acceptable Use
You May:
- Use our tools for personal or commercial purposes
- Generate unlimited QR codes and conversions
- Share generated content freely
You May Not:
- Attempt to bypass rate limiting or security measures
- Use automated tools or bots without permission
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Reverse engineer or copy our platform
- Use the service to spam or harass others
- Overload our servers with excessive requests
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you process using our tools. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our Platform: The Bimukto platform, including its design, code, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
- We may modify or discontinue features without notice
Termination and Blocking
We reserve the right to:
- Block IP addresses that abuse the service
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Limitation of Liability
Service "As Is": Bimukto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or content
- Service interruptions or errors
- Consequential damages from service use
- Quality or accuracy of generated content
Privacy
Your use of Bimukto is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
